"We were in town for the Hillbilly Festival in Pikeville. This hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. It is pretty quiet there and I could not hear the roosters with the window closed. Chris at the front desk was very helpful. He gave us good suggestions for places to eat. I would stay there again.”

“When I had to make an emergency trip for a family member in the hospital, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. The room was spotless and the air always smelled like everything was freshly cleaned from the moment you walked into the lobby! The staff asked daily about the health of my family member. “From the lobby to the bed to the bathroom, everything was clean as expected. The noise was at a minimum with the exception of the TV in the other room but they were hard of hearing. The front desk clerk was courteous to patrons.”
